Independent Voice

The Coastie Gazette - an independent voice and personal project - is a blog edited by Vinny Del Giudice. Any editorial comments are my own, and mine alone, as this is a hobby. I come from a U.S. Coast Guard family. My father served in the U.S. Coast Guard during World War Two aboard the Attack Transport Bayfield (APA-33), which participated in the invasions of Normandy (D-Day), Southern France (Operation Anvil), Iwo Jima and Okinawa.
